 * Vendor libraries must be installed
   > Vendor libraries are missing. Install composer following
   > instructions from http://getcomposer.org/. Then run "php
   > composer.phar install" to install them.


Optional recommendations to improve your setup
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

 * short_open_tag should be disabled in php.ini
   > Set short_open_tag to off in php.ini*.


Note  The command console can use a different php.ini file
~~~~  than the one used by your web server.
      Please check that both the console and the web server
      are using the same PHP version and configuration.
